Helicopter Introductory Flights

Looking for that perfect Christmas gift? Or maybe you just fancy treating yourself?

How about an Introductory Helicopter Lesson which will allow them to fly a 2-seater Robinson R22 helicopter with an experienced instructor.

The lesson begins with a briefing on the basic principles of flight and use of the controls, followed by a flight of approximately 30 minutes in which you will be able to take the controls and fly the helicopter.

Various upgrades are available including the R44 (4-seater) and longer flight times. At the end of the lesson you will receive a signed certificate to show you have successfuly completed the lesson.

If you wish to continue learning to fly, the lesson will count towards your Helicopter Private Pilots Licence.

We have full training facilities so we can take you from being a total beginner to a fully qualified pilot.

Once you have your license you may wish to consider a type rating onto another helicopter type ie R44.

We also provide Self Fly Hire for those who already hold a PPL(H).

Should you be lucky enough to have your own helicopter, we can provide and manage all your hangarage and refuelling requirements.

• There is a maximum weight limit per seat in the R22 of 15 stone.
