CPL(H) Integrated Course

SkyWest Aviation Limited is approved to conduct the CPL(H) integrated course and the required flight test. This course is a full time course lasting 10 months. The advantages of this course are: No requirement to obtain a PPL(H) Only 142 hours flight time required before obtaining CPL(H) License. Course is tailor made to train commercial pilots

The theoretical knowledge for the CPL(H) written exams is integrated with your flying training during the course. The written exams will be taken at one of the Irish Aviation Authority’s approved centres.

 

Requirements for the CPL(H) Integrated Course
  • Applicants for the course must be at least 18 years old
  • Obtain a JAR Class 1 medical certificate
  • Obtain Level 4 proficiency in Aviation English
  • Assessment of Mathematics and Physics knowledge
  • Obtain a Student License (required before solo flight)

  • Air Law
  • Aircraft General Knowledge
  • Flight Performance and Planning
  • Human Performance and Limitations
  • Meteorology
  • Navigation
  • Operational Procedures
  • Principles of Flight
  • Communications
  • Pass a License Skills Test (LST): Aircraft General Handling, Navigation, Basic Instrument Flying
